Legend of Zelda
I've beaten the first three levels so far without too much trouble. I think I remember where the fourth level is. I'm trying to save up for the big shield. |

Well good luck man, if you have any questions, feel free to ask me, I know about lots of cool secrets that help you in the game.
You don't really need the big shield though, I never bought it (once I learned my lesson that is) because I kept losing it anyway in the fifth dungeon when those guys eat you, they do the same thing in ocarina of time to your hylian shield, but I can't remember their name. |

Some of the levels get VERY hard.. insane even. The final dungeon is definitely no picnic. Most of the dungeons are easy enough to get through, but if you are looking to beat and find EVERYTHING in the game you'll have your work cut out for you.
Great purchase though. You'll definitely enjoy it. |

I will admit that the last 2 dungeons are completely insane but other than those 2 dungeons it's not too bad. I do remember later in the game that it gets very difficult to get to some of the dungeons since you only start with 3 hearts filled. I definitely think that you will enjoy this game.
Ganon is definitely not as easy as ocarina of time so be ready for a hard boss. |

------ I beat Level 4 and Level 5 today. 5 seemed a little easier, maybe cause I had a couple extra hearts and a new sword. I know where 6 and 7 are. I gotta say, it's really frustrating having to start with three hearts every time. I have a few questions... 1. Should I buy the blue ring? I think it's like 250 rupees. Can you get it for cheaper than that? 2. Can you kill dodongos without bombs? 3. Anything else I should know or do before I go to Level 6? Last edited by Echoes; 01-24-2008 at 07:00 PM.. 1.)It's actually a bracelet (at least i thought it was for comparison with Ocarina Of Time) I think that it enables you to be able to move certain things, don't remember exactly what though, you will definitely need it though but I think that you can find it in the game.
2.I think that the only way to kill them is with bombs. 3.Be sure to get the raft and the stepladder one of these is in dungeon 6 I'm pretty sure. if you don't have the candle (blue and red) then I am pretty sure that you are going to need it. |

2. That sucks. Do you ever get to carry more than 8 bombs? 3. Got the raft in Level 3 and the stepladder in Level 4. I have the blue candle. Haven't seen the red candle anywhere yet. One more question. What does the food do and is it worth buying? |

I'm not sure what the food does, I never bought it to find out. My guess would be that it gives you life because the stuff in super smash bros melee looks somewhat the same.
You can get a bigger bomb bag later in the game. (I was happy to find this out) It turns out that there is actually a bracelet and a red ring, and a blue ring, you should definitely get all of them. You don't absolutely need the blue ring but it does change your clothes blue and I am pretty sure that it gives you more armor. The red ring gives you red clothing with lots of armor the only problem is that it doesn't last for very long (10 minutes! as compared to the infinitely lasting blue ring) You definitely need the red candle, it helps you to be able to see in some of the later dungeons and you can light it more than once per screen (the blue can only be lit once) You are doing quite well in the game, faster than I could beat it my first time around, but have no fear! you are not almost done with the game, you still have some pretty insanely challenging dungeons and the entire second world, (the last dungeon in the second world is nearly impossible. And by the way if you named you account "link" then you started in the second world hopefully you called it something else I don't think that there is a way to go back and change it. |

I bought the blue ring, the big shield, some red potion, and the food (still no clue what this does). And I found the bracelet under a statue in the mountains. Also found a sword in the graveyard but I couldn't pick it up yet. When can I get it?
I keep getting raped by the blue wizzrobes in level 6. What's the easiest way to kill them? Sucks that they make you fight bosses from previous levels in the middle of the later levels. Not only that, but they make them more difficult. This three-headed dragon guy can lick my ballsack. |
