Angry Resetting Firefox Master Password?

Ok, the master password idea in Firefox is the worst idea I've ever seen. I know exactly what password I used for it, yet it tells me it's wrong. Anyway, does anyone know how to reset it? The instructions on the Mozilla website say to go to "Preferences" under the "Edit Menu" but there is no preferences option. Resetting this is the only way I won't get a password prompt on almost every page load.. which is horribly annoying. I even uninstalled FireFox and after I reinstalled, the password is still there. Any ideas?

Other than this FireFox is just great.... *grumble*

I have no idea how to fix it, but why do you want it to even have a password?

I didn't even know you could have a password for firefox. How about just uninstalling it and re-installing it? You have high speed internet, right?

I uninstalled and reinstalled and it's still there. I wish I never set the password now because now every page load asks me for the stupid master password if there is a password form on the page.
