What makes you smile?
Imagine it is a cold wintery Monday morning, you have had a great time with friends over the weekend and you still have a little bit of a hang over from Sunday afternoon drinks to forget about the Monday morning blues when you know for a fact you have to start a new project which you really don't want to do or you are simply bored of your job.
I imagine I have described the life of a great many people so if you are one of those people what is that will make you smile? Is there someone in work who will make you laugh when you get in or is there something about your journey that will make you smile even if it is just the time to read a book to distract you that little bit?
For me it is seeing the people I work with, as much as I **** about my job I actually work with some really good people where everyone bounces off everyone else and it does make life that little bit easier, oh and listening to loud angry music helps

My other half, my dad and the GF'ers I BBM.
My other half because we text and e-mail each other when we can. Sometimes he'll send lyrics, sometimes we'll have a conversation or sometimes he will simply tell me he loves me. Just seeing his name pop up makes me smile.
My dad because he sends me silly e-mails with funny pictures and jokes.
The GF'ers because they are always there to get me through the day. There's always someone to chat with and we're usually having a laugh.

The thought of meeting up with my girlfriends after a tiring day at wor.. makes me smile.. :)
Or the thought of going home and recording something new to sing ... gives me joy.

The GF'ers on BBM, and silly pictures on the internet. Specifically ones making fun, or the fake rage stuff really gets a laugh out of me.

Children make me smile, specially when they ask about something they don't know, or when they are puzzled and look with confused eyes.
Nice girls when they talk spontaneously without pretense. They seem very beautiful and make life shiny and widen my smile from the ear till the ear.
Disappointing situations and failure make me smile. I used to smile tolerantly in these cases, to the extent that my family and friends are amazed at this.

-My bed, it's the most comfortable place in the world
-Rollercoasters, and other fast rides
-Fireworks
-Loud sounds, like jet planes at air shows, and explosions
-A really warm bath on a cold day
-Really tasty food
-Finding a nice little second hand bookstore I've never been to
-Sleeping under the stars
-Listening to the waves at the beach at night while in bed
-Waking up in the morning and seeing my lizard looking at me
-Falling asleep with a book still in my hand

I have many things that makes me smile but the top of the list is my girlfriend. She is such a wonderful human being with a heart of gold. I adore her so much.

At the moment I don't really have much to complain about. What makes me smile is that I have almost unlimited time to do what I want on the internet (which is unfortunately still not enough time
