I go by topic, then by user.
If I've read all the interesting topics already I'll search through topics of users I know seeing as I might find something interesting.

Bored out of my mind.

When I was a moderator I was not selective at all, I read every post I could, and made sure everything is running smoothly.

Now that I'm a normal member, I'm REALLY selective. Life basically if I see a thread by Elf, I normally don't waste my time. I mean sometimes you just have to pick on the trolls, but most of the time I just ignore them. On the other hand I think I've read every post made by ysabel, jeanie or himeko. Lol.

Who knows. I'm not picky unless you're a definite troll, then I think you're garbage, and who reads garbage?

Yes, I have avoided somebody's topic because of who the OP is. I have my reasons. I just didn't decide that one day out of a mood. Usually it's a poster who I have given my time in a previous thread and I realised after how much I wasted my time trying to have a discussion with this person. I've learned my lesson, that's all.

Will you also avoid posting in that person's topic because he/she might lash out at you, or another reason due to the topic creator?
Not really, those who often "lash" are the ones who simply reply. They won't make a thread, they won't even reply to the topic, they just post to be contrary to others who reply.

I am not picky at all. I just look at the topics and try to get an idea of whether I will find it interesting from that. I rarely look at who created the topic before I open it. I don't like anyone's topics more than others; its peoples responses that I am the most interested in.

I read almost all of your posts. I actually have 4 daughters younger than you and I see different aspects of each of them in your post.

Have fun in wherever you go on vacation(New Zealand).

I'll spout my thoughts or opinions regardless of which member started the thead, although there are a few here who's posts make me cringe when reading them. (I'm sure my posts have that same effect on a few of you as well)
ditto. but we're not the same person, honestly!
