I have barely saved up $150 of spare cash. I kinda want a PSP, although I already have a DS. Should I buy the PSP or wait? If I buy the PSP I will have to buy other things like games as well. Should I stay with the DS or buy the PSP?

I wouldn't say that the PSP is NOT worth it, you should go for a Wii or an XBOX or something, PSP really isn't any better than DS in fact it's just because it has a whole bunch of extra features that made it more expensive. the DS didn't' include these which made it much cheaper.

I really don't prefer the gameplay I think that DS is much better.

The PSP isn't worth any sum of money; it's a useless paperweight that's increasingly being abandoned by Sony as the PS3 is finally turning around.

Save it for another system or more games for your existing ones.

Depends, the PSP has more of a multimedia value. If that's what yo want go for it

Like previously stated, it depends if you want the media capability. Also, the PSP has a handful of games that trump almost any game on DS, but not as many as the DS has.

The PSP will no doubt see a redesign or even a whole new system eventually, but if you decide you want a PSP, hold out for the God of War PSP pack.

yeah the PSP definitely needs some fixing, there is that one button that is too close to the screen and sometimes the screens break because they are flimsy i have also heard stories of some of the buttons not working.

I personally own a PSP and I am dissatisfied with the quality of games that have come out for it. I think the only good games for the PSP are the GTA: Stories series. I play GTA with my friends all the time and the multiplayer is extremely fun but has a lot of glitches and sometimes lags, but is overall very fun has gotten some good laughs outa me.

I wouldn't say i recommend the PSP because I don't, im simply saying that some of the multiplayer games can be extremely fun, and the multimedia capabilites are good too. However if you are satisfied with the kinds of multiplayer that the DS has to offer, and don't need the mulitmedia abilities you should buy a DS.
