Greetings all of you out there in TV Land

Today let's talk about MADtv.

Did you find it funny? Did you find the early seasons were the best or do you find it funnier now?

Me I like the older episodes, but some of the newer ones were funny as hell but most of the time the skits were already done by SNL or In Living Color.

MADtv where do you stand, Love hate it or never heard of the show?

I think I stopped liking MADtv when I got into high school. Even in middle school when I first saw it it quickly just became a way to pass the time |:

I was never a huge fan of the overall show, mainly just the Stuart skits. I can imitate his moms voice and his antics pretty good. (only when I'm bored at work and feel the need to aggravate my co-workers...)

It was never funny to me. Almost all the humor felt forced and it felt . . lame. I just can't describe it.

Like SNL, it gets boring after a while.

I liked the middle of the series when they had Debra Wilson, Will Sasso and Aries Spears. Those were my favorites, but they all left and the show went downhill from there.

I never liked it. Like Constantine said, it felt forced. Even SNL didn't really impress me all that much. Granted some of those are funny but overall it isn't my cup of tea.

I think that Michael McDonalds characters on MADtv are way over rated. Stuart should be killed.

The comics were much better than the tv show was, but after the first few seasons, the show had absolutely nothing to do with the comic other than the name.

After all that's said and done, though, I liked the first seasons of the show WAY more than the later seasons. But it'd be cool if they could get people from all the seasons to do a good sketch.

IF they made a show with just those guys, they'd have an awesome show.

Am the only one who still gets a good laugh out of this show? Granted, I used to love it a lot more than I do now, but I still watch clips on youtube once in a while to get a good chuckle or to pass time.

I never thought this show was funny lol

I am more inclined to watch old SNL clips or clips from The Big Gay Sketch show
