M, 6', 150-155 lbs. According to my last physical my triglycerides are a tad high ("mildly high"), so I know I am not in great shape. It is hard for me to work out, especially cardio, because of my developing osteo-arthritis (thanks mom and dad for the awesome genes ). I guess I should take up biking, but frankly I don't have the energy after work, and I refuse to wake up before 4 am to work out, that is just to damn early to do anything well.
As far as how I feel, well, I don't feel terrible but it would be nice to have some more muscle mass.

I'm 5,7 135 pounds. I feel pretty healthy, I think that I could be healthier but I'm not bashing good fortune. I would have been working out all this summer if I hadn't gotten my tattoo.

5'8"
156 lbs
around 12.2% bf
Male and 19 years old.
I've been losing weight since last year october. I weighed 187 lbs back then and decided to turn things around. I've been consistently losing weight and I can't wait till I can bulk up.
One thing about my health, I'm pretty injury prone but I got decent stamina and I'm getting there with my vertical leap. I'm about 3" away from touching a basketball rim at 10'.

I'm pretty much 5"9 now, and I weigh 162.
155 is my target weight, and that will require losing some of my major fat strongholds. I've lost most of my fat in some places (arms, lower legs), but the stomach and thighs are evil.
I find eating a decently balanced 1,500 calorie diet high in fatfree milk, yogurt, and produce tends to meet the vitamin standards I need while losing weight.
