Oh come on, what else are we gonna do? We both can't sleep.
Ready? Sounds like...: +
Did you guess bank? Yay, you win!
Err... anyways, I think I have the problem with insomnia because I'm anxious, have a sugar rush and ate an energy sandwich before I laid down.

only during the summers i have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep because of the lack of schedule in my life. I really don't try to go to sleep at 10-11 as i usually do on school days because i would just lay in bed making the situation worse. Now i usually sleep at 3:00 am in the morning and wake up around 12, yeah its bad but i usually work around 4 pm so not too bad. The rare times I do sleep early because for some reason I get extremely tired i usually don't stay asleep and wake up 3-4 hours later.
I hope this changes once i get a constant schedule though that forces me not to be lazy haha

One of the problems with being insomniac is you don't know anymore if you refer to today as today or tomorrow ...the days seem to be just one long day.

yeah, I hate trying to figure that out. I mean, at 3am, the events of that day should be 'today', but I still think of it as tomorrow until 5 or 6 am

Isn't it funny? Sometimes I feel I have more energy than these 8-hr ++ sleep rested folks who are asking me to take a rest. Although I do try to "rest" even if I don't feel tired. Perhaps my body is just deceiving me into thinking I have energy...I don't really know.

Well about 13 hours on from my last post and I'm still up although I have stopped trying to sleep to be honest. The docter has prescribed me some stuff for my asthma so hopefully I'll be able to sleep better tonight. I don't know how you guys do this all the time, I feel really weired. However I have had some fun, when I was at my tiredest I saw that Godzilla Vs King Kong was on tv. That was a hilarious watch except every time I laghed it made my cough / asthma worse.
Behold the hilarity as the military attempt to transport king Kong via BALLOONS! I kid thee not.... balloons!

Look at that face ^
So as I'm sure you can all tell this was really tripping me out in my ill / sleep deprived state. I also ordered American Psycho for Ł3.99 on dvd, Hopefully I can watch it tommorow if I have some another sleepless nights.
