I did run yesterday, a speed and low run mix.
Also i jumped(coordination-thing).
Just fast moves(not run), technic-things.

I did run also a few day ago(in the sawdust track).
More longer run(jogging).
Also i lifts some weights there(an exercise centre place, without ceiling).
There wasn't of weights but i command my father to going depending on of the overhang/limb from which i lifts it up.
A push-move.
I did a 3 set with 5-7 pushings, lol.

Also i did a stomach workout.

I recommend of sawdust track(a soft surface).

Almost week ago i did workout, glutes and bicep.
Also i tugged on the chest, a wrench(about 3x with 6-7 tugs).

alright lets just get this list done.

30 pull-ups
100 push ups
200 various types of crunches and sit ups
50 bar dips.

That hurt a lot by the end of the bar dips too bad I had to do that in I think 5 sets.

"Ohh! OOOhhh!!!-Oh and again! I made it. I know it. I can't see it but I know I made it. Oh my God I made it. Alright, don't give up. This is for everything. This is when I don't have to do it. This one right here is when I don't have to do it, which leaves nothing else but the one. No I don't think so. Not there. God I wish I could turn the volume-OH **** Aahhh son of a **** I talk too much. ****." - 00vega -

I've been cutting wood the old fashioned way: with a hatchet. Not an ax, a hatchet. Alot of upper body strength required, and currently the only real exercise I get. I cut through a 6in birch tree three times, several 3inches, and several 1in.

They have something in common, they both don't exist- Alex, comparing god and harry potter
