My Mood:
The only exercise I did today was lifting fast food to my mouth. I feel so bad and guilty, I didn't even go to the gym either.

I did that today. I was also doing 16 oz curls with a couple of beers. Got taco bell going to eat it now...

I went jogging earlier. My legs kinda hurt... But not really. So I'm thinking about going twice around the block on Thursday to see how I do. Or maybe I should wait until I can make it once around the block without stopping? lol

Today, like everday I did an exercise called FedEx.

I load trailers for 4 hours a night. It's lifting and cardio. Rock on. Full body work out really. Legs, arms, backs.

Arms, abs, and cardio today. My legs were still sore from lifting on Sunday, so I only did 20 minutes on the bike. My legs are still painfully sore.

Yeah I do similar working night shift Nursing, those elderly people are heavier than people let on. They'll give you a work-out like you wouldn't believe, great for the body and muscles though :)
