What exercise did you do today?

Name an exercise you did today. Name the routine whether it was lifting, aerobic, anaerobic, martial arts, yoga whatever! Give a brief description if its not self-explanatory.

I did Alternating Lateral raises. 4 sets of 10 reps with 20lbs.

Sith Apprentice: kdmillz
Sith Allies: Ripperz, Jeanie, Emo-Boy, Angelspeak, icegoat, Hanzo Hattori

Counting down to Kdmillz' Birthday Beatdown.: Just as I thought. I whooped his ass.

Today I did the elliptical for 60 minutes. No lifting for me now. Just burn, burn, burning that fat away!

Oh god. Don't sticky it, it'll just give Alex and bishop another exuse to post constantly.

I know.

I actually went jogging around the block. I jogged about a little under half a mile. I'm trying to build my leg muscles back up and find a way to breathe properly so I can last longer.

Himeko: I can change a tire.
Himeko: Oh yeah. So my dad took the flat into this tire place
Himeko: And they tried to see why it went flat
Jeanie: awesome
Jeanie: that you can change it
Jeanie: ya big dyke

Push-Up's (Chest range and wide armed), along with Triangle Push-Ups. Did those during work last night when I thought I was going to fall asleep. But they woke me up quickly.

Abs. Must get 6 pack.

Lots of weighted situps, lots of leg lifts, lofts of torso twist things. (For obliques.)

Then I played raquetball. Best game I have ever played.

Final score 16-14. You play to 15, but you have to win by 2.

All I do is walk a mile a day. I live a half mile from the supermarket and the library, so I walk to one or the other every day.
