Well, lets face it. The Leafs scored 5 goals against a beatdown Brodeur (leg injury.. I'm sure he was playing injured vs Toronto) and against NYR's backup goalie, who I've never heard of before. I don't think they'd be so lucky if Lundquvist was in nets. Is it to early to say the Northeast Division will have the strongest playoff contendors?

The thing about Valiquette the back up goalie of the Rangers is that he's had huge success against the Leafs, he was 3-0 with 1.92 Goals Against Avergage against them, that's why he was in nets yesterday. I still don't think they'll make the playoffs, but I got to admit so far they've suprised a lot of people.

The Leafs just got lucky. The Rangers played a solid 55-minutes of hockey and then got complacent resulting in letting in 5 goals in 5 minutes. Can't blame Valiquette for all of them when it was obvious the Rangers weren't trying. Right now I don't see the Leafs making the post season, but its still early in the season.

Well let's be honest about the Leafs, their first win of the season was a complete fluke.. look how well we dominated them.. what was it, 5-1 or 6-1 the score we beat them by? And we're playing them again soon.

Sorry Turbo, but your just being a homer with what you just sayed. I agree that the Rangers should of won that goal, but it was a team lost, I dont think they stopped trying, because they wanted to get the win and get two points. They just made mistakes and the Leafs took advantage of them.

Halak sucks thats all I gotta say. Hopefully we'll keep Toronto out of the offense and we'll get a few nehind Toskala.. I wont be surprised if they put Cujo in nets, he has a good long history vs the Habs.

I can only take one positive outlook after yesterday's game and that's because we got one point. I was very disapointed in Halak yesterday, he let in two softies, the Modin goal was sick and wasn't his fault.

I don't want to make excuses, but the six day lay-off didn't help one bit. Hopefully they can rebound tonight and destroy the Leafs.

Well, wait. 1st of all this is the 2nd time in 2 weeks we have a 6 day layoff. What the **** is going thru the leagues head, so are we gona play 5 games in a row to make up for those layoffs?

2; why do people say the 5 day layoff is bad.. in football teams have 5-6 day layoffs..

You cannot compare football to hockey my friend, hockey is a game of momentum, there use to play two games in three nights, or four games in six nights. Football players are use to play one game a week, so they adjust to that. It's totally different.
