Montréal Canadiens - News: Habs legends invade NHL09 - 08/20/2008

I wanna play this game so badly now.

Oh dude! I've been begging EA for the last 5 years to put the Legends in the game! Emails after Emails every year asking for this little feature to be offered.

There was a baseball game a while back that did this. You earn points for achieving certain goals and then Upper Deck allowed for their name to be used. Well you used the points to buy cards.... whatever players or perks were in your pack you got to use in your team.

Made for some of the funnest video game sports ever. I hope EA uses this properly!

I'm defenitely going to buy this game. I would defenitely always take this montreal legend team every time I played.

I wonder how they rated the great players like Beliveau, Richard, Moore.

Of course Rocket should be rated anywhere between 9&10 for everything besides his assisting as he was one of the best pure goal scorers of the game, arguably would he fair as well in the new age of bigger players and heeavier padding.
