Hey Storm I was thinking the sem thing. I used to take Shaolin Kung Fu and I eanred my 1st degree black belt. I wish i wasn't so stupid and wanted to play fottbal becuase I would have still been going. I was thinking of taking up aonother style when I'm going to school in FLorida, and I found a Bujinkan Dojo thats close to where I'm going to live.

Over the years i studied a few martial arts,i started doing shotokan karate around 11 years old and stayed with that till i was 16.
i studied tai kwon do,mui tai, trained in nunchuka and bo staff.
i did study a mixed style with influences of karate aikido and judo.
i realy enjoyed my time in the martial arts and wish i had never stopped training, who knows if i can find a good dojo i may take it up again.
i would have loved to try cappoiria.

I take Capoeira

For those of you who might not know what this is, it's the Brazilian Martial Arts that looks like a dance. Some of you may have seen the style in the popular video game Tekken with Eddy Guero, I tell you it's way awesome and such a workout. You're constantly moving, it's more of a strategy fight, not to mention there are various ways to attack and dodge.

I think this martial arts because for one, it's ORIGINAL!! Not a branch off another style and called something else, even though it's the same thing. The style dates back to african and brazilian slave days (where it was invented), there are a few school in the states, but not a lot. I go to the school here in Dallas, TX, our group is called "CapuraGinga". We got youtube videos and everything. Check it out if you'd like and give some feedback, I think this style is more friendly and open than other styles where it's all serious for no reason.

I took Akido when I lived in Singapore for about a year. I remember a few moves, but have forgotten most of it.
