Yes, yes it does.
It seems to have sorted itself somewhat, but I'm still keeping an eye out. Great customer service though, "Okay, we're going to give you a link without asking for more information, then tell you to phone tech support if that doesn't work." Yeah, great. I now know what to do should I end up moving to New Zealand with a kid. |

I'm still having trouble accessing any content. I keep getting an error message every time.
The last time I called XBL support I couldn't get any further than the automated voice.
