Yes Jeanie said it right, honestly if you ask any critics if Jurassic Park is one of the greatest movies ever made they'll laugh in your face. I know that not all movie critics are correct, but lets be honest here.
Everyone is entitled to there own opinons, but there's no way in my opinion that Jurassic Park should be mentioned in this thread. But each here own I guess.
I have Godfather and Casablanca in my honorable mentions, both sensational movies, which have everything that a good movie should have.

I just saw it very recently, but I think that Fight Club was one of the greatest movies ever made.

Well its in my personal opinion that I think Jurassic Park is the greatest movie ever made...I dont really care what move critics think. Thats their opinion, this is mine.
I mean they voted Citizen Kane the greatest movie ever and I have tried 4 times to watch it and just cannot get through it all the way through from beginning to end. I either fall asleep or get so bored that I'd rather punch myself in the face rather then watch that drival.
I did like Casablanca a ton though. Just for the record.

I have yet to see CASABLANCA or GONE WITH THE WIND so I cannot say much about those two.
I have some certainty about CITIZEN KANE but it's not the best although it has great potential. THE SEVENTH SEAL definitely is legit enough to be a #1 somewhere.
If Spielberg is on the list I would say CLOSE ENCOUNTERS OF THE THIRD KIND would be a better choice for some of his best work.

Hmmm... The greatest movie ever made.... I would think it's the Star Wars series, though they're not my favourite movies. I think they were just really well put together.

Give it another 10 years and then watch CITIZEN KANE again. You may find that those 10 years of life experience may enable you watch it and appreciate it. But if you don't like it now and don't get it, don't worry. There were plenty of movies I watched when I was in my teens and 20's that I thought were stupid and unwatchable and now they're among my favorite movies.

Its too hard to nail down a single movie. It depends on who I'm with, time of year, my mood, etc..
Sound of Music, Rocky, The African Queen, LOTR and Narnia come to mind as some of the best as far as I'm concerned.

I didn't think the Godfather was that good tbh.
I like Gladiator and Fight Club.
