So there is this thing i recorded. Its sorta just a slow diddy in D min. I was thinking of cleaning it up...like actually writing it down, probably adding some simple rhythm parts. Then playing it for shows and stuff. This is the first thing ive actually done completely original, so yeah, im basically asking you to grade it and tell me what i can do to make it better to your ear.

It sounds strained because im playing really quiet right next to the mic so as to not have the neighbor call the cops on me. It ends abruptly because my neighbor threated to call the po pos. Its only 830 damn it.

Please be as harsh as possible. You cant hurt my feelings because im sure ive met bigger **** holes, and I value your guys' opinion.

Besides, I make a living doing this, so I dont think that you could throw my ego off all that much .

my suggestion should be to try and find a place where you can record it that nobody will be bothered by you, I noticed that a lot of your higher notes didn't sound too good because you are playing too quietly.

If you could just find a place to record it that nobody would be bothered and play much louder your tone quality would go up a ton.



you could also wait for your neighbor to leave sometime and then just realyl go for it while he's gone.

If you play during the day will they care? I mean.. at some point they are just being intolerant for no reason.

It sounded pretty good but I agree that it would sound better if you could play without worrying about how loud you are.

My neighbor is depressingly retarded. Its twice as idiotically ironic because SHE is a french horn player with a degree in performance something. Its so dumb that she wont just let me play...
