The only singing I do is the sight singing required for my Aural Theory classes.

My voice is awful, and I also happen to hate it a lot for various reasons... So yeah, I do not enjoy singing. But I respect those who are better at it than me!

I can understand that...You should've heard my voice when I blew it out trying to sing Death Metal.

Tim, your posts are starting to get really short and pointless.

I can't sing at all. I think that I may be tone deaf and I have trouble even creating a decent note with my voice. I can't translate from a note to voice easily.

I'd love to have an awesome metal voice like Hetfield, the guy from Pantera, or Sully.

Sometimes it's just related to voice range. If you find songs that suit your voice range it's easier to sing it.

I can sing. I say it because professionals told me so, not because I think highly of myself. lol. I was doing classical training and I was told that was my calling but I never really got to find out for myself. I can sing pop and country but I have a really soft voice, not really anything original really. Basically, my true calling should be singing lullabies. =P

I'd never sing anything metal or hardcore. Nor rap cause I just suck. I'm a soprano. What are you guys?

Since I am a Front man by rite. I usually have a nice Steve Reznic Kind of voice. But since I do home pretty heavy Rock, I can get gritty Like James Hetfield. I usually can just adapt my pitch to whatever i'm singing so I usually end up soudning like alot of singers

Soprano here too. I sing first soprano. Used to have a very light quality to it before until I mixed my background with pop singing. :)

I used to sing in a Church choir when I was younger. My voice isn't like it was back then though. If I open my mouth now it sounds like a cat crying.
