well the sharingan descended from the byakugan therefore the byakugan should be better so i will say byakugan and aswell because neji is freakin awesome

It's really a matter of preference.

To me Sharingan is alot better, but it all comes down, to which one is more useful in a die hard situation, and the ability to know where to hit the Chi Flow sounds a whole lot better to me.

My Mood:
Personally I prefer the Byakugan. But based off the anime it would seem that the Sharingan is better than the Byakugan.
