No, I don't think naming your character Link does anything. Unfortunately the second world is exactly the same as the first world. The only difference is you'll be super powerful. Go try death mountain with your levels at 8-8-8 and all of your spells and everything and see how easy it is.

man that's dumb they make the game exactly the same? It will probably go very quickly for me then because i have gotten to be pretty good at this game from the time that I started until now.


I'll probably do it just for the heck of it, it definitely won't be too hard.


Do you get to keep all of your heart containers? or do at least those start over?

I know you lose all the items, like the hammer, raft, etc. I think you might lose the heart and magic containers too, but I'm not totally sure. I know you keep everything else, including spells, attack-magic-life levels, and up and down stab.

Well it should take me about 2 days to beat the whole game then it won't even be slightly difficult, now I know what you meant when you said that you could beat the whole game without dying, or at least I think that I know now. I'm gonna need to get A Link To The Past For Wii so that can play it, i hate playing it on GBA but I love playing it on Wii, I don't know why.

When I beat it without dying I started from scratch on a new name.

just finished up a very successful session of Zelda playing

I leveled up insanely

Magic-8 with all containers
Life-8 with all containers
Attack-7 beating the boss of the 6th palace will put this at full

Hopefully later tonight I beat the 6th dungeons boss, I found him but I got knowkced off the side into the lava, how do you beat him, he looks like one of those guys that grow out of the sand in shifting sand land in mario 64. I am really not sure about what to do to beat him, but my levels are pretty good so I have nothing to worry about right now, I can't wait for attack 8.

Hopefully the 6th palaces boss is pretty easy I couldn't even hit him once.

Just use the jump spell when you fight him. All you have to do is hit him with your sword. He's one of the easiest bosses in the game as long as you don't fall into the lava.

I like to stay on the middle platform the whole time and wait for him to come to me. Then jump over his fire attack thing and then hack him once or twice before he goes down. It doesn't matter where you hit him. You can hit either his body or his head.

Well I'm done with level 6 now all I have to do is make it to the great palace, I know exactly where it is because it's the one part of the game I haven't gone to yet under the second graveyard and it's really hard, how come my level says that I can level up again? Can I level up again?

I thought that you told me that the levels max out at 8 and all of my levels are at 8 but in the top right corner it says how many points I have out of 9000 are there more upgrades, can I level up past 8 for my levels?

You can't level up past 8. If you get to 9000 it just gives you an extra life.

Let me know if you're having trouble getting to the Great Palace. There's a trick that lets you skip some of more difficult forced battle screens.

Finally!

Finished with the game, not sure if I'm gonna do it again, it will be way too easy.

The blue statue guy is pretty hard it took me about 6 tries, I never collected a single extra life the entire game! I had to pretty much memorize the palace to be able to keep finding my way to the end, Dark Link is surprisingly easy, I just crouched on teh left side and kept swinging my sword and killed him easily, he never even touched me, I don't think that I am going to do the game again though, I beat parapa in jsut a matter of minutes and the game is way too easy, maybe I will finish the second world on the legend of zelda because I jsut didn't quite do it.

Next on my quest is A Link To The Past, no doubt I will be needing some help with this game because I have barely even played it, but before I play A Link To The Past I am going to Beat The Legend Of Zelda again, for some reason I really want to play that game after playing Zelda 2 so The Legend Of Zelda Will be my next game to go for, all the way through.
