The Snowhead area is my favorite part of the game, I think.

Are you going to try to get all the masks? It's definitely worth it.

Yeah I like snowy areas, especially in Zelda games, I'd say that Snowhead is my favorite part too.

The plan is to finish the game, meaning that I finish all of the dungeons and get all the upgrades, etc. then go and collect all the masks, I'm definitely going to collect all of the masks.

This is an awesome game on N64, the rumble makes it even better.

Alright so I just finished up Snowhead Temple, I also got all of the fairies which allowed me to get the double sized magic meter.

I proceeded to get my sword sharpened in the smith in the small village, then I went to the powder keg goron and got a powder keg to blow up the huge rock in front of the goron racetrack, I won the race and got the gold dust (and another bottle) then went back to the smith to get the gilded sword.

So now I have a lot of extra and better stuff.

This is as far as I've ever made it in the game, right where I am now so we'll see how this works out.

The ocean part is pretty fun too. Have you gotten the horse yet?

One of my favorite things about this game is that there's a ton of good mini-games and side quests and stuff, which is something Twilight Princess was severely lacking.

Wow, this game gets way harder as you progress through the game. I made it to the great Bay temple, I stopped about halfway through to save and I haven't gone back yet, that thing is a beast, it's way harder than anything else.

Why do I always get owned by the water levels?

Anyway I'm having a ton of fun with this game, I do like all of the side quests, it makes the game feel a lot more real.

I have 9/24 masks right now, so I probably need to get on that a little bit more.

I also have 6 hearts (and 3/4 of the pieces to finish another heart), I'll have 7 after finishing the Great Bay Temple.
------
Alright update time, I finished the Great bay Temple, wow that was seriously the most annoying dungeon ever, even with slowed time I ran into the final day. The boss was really hard I used 3 fairies against him and then ran myself down to the last half of a heart (I had 6 hearts at this time).

After beating the boss I went to find the fairy fountain, it was slightly difficult but it wasn't too bad. I got a piece of a heart in Termina field right by the northern mountains.

So now I have beaten 3 dungeons, have enhanced hearts, and 2 extra hearts.

I'm getting a great move going on this game, now I need to go the the Canyon. And after that I'll find all the masks, unless maybe I should do that first?

You don't have very many hearts. The pieces are a lot harder to find and get than in Ocarina of Time and some of the other games.

Yes, the boss of the Great Bay Temple sucks. I had a really hard time against him and had to use a bunch of fairies. It's so hard to get out of the water before he gets you.

How many masks do you have now? I'm pretty sure there are a couple you can't get until after you finish the last dungeon, but I don't really remember. The Bomber's Notebook will help you find a lot of them.

Well I now have 16 masks (or 15 I can't remember and I'm not going to bother to check).

I also have 10 hearts with enhanced so it's like 20 normal hearts.

I've made a ton of progress, I haven't been looking for the last dungeon at all though just collecting all of the masks right now, one of my friends told me it's important to collect all of the masks and said that you get a special mask that you'll need in the end.

I did the spider dungeon on the beach and ended up getting the giant wallet. That dungeon was way easier than the first one I think. I was never even able to finish the first one.

I started the day with 2 pieces of a heart at 8 full hearts. I got myself up to 10 hearts by going through the title deed process with the deku guys at the different pads, that gave me 4 pieces, then I bought the all night mask and listened to that old ladies stories in the Inn which gave me an additional 2 pieces.

So I'd say that things are going well.

Next I'm going to finish the first spider dungeon.

The special mask makes the final boss ridiculously easy. I've only beaten the game once, so I've never even fought the final boss without the special mask. I know you don't need it though.

Well Majora's mask is going pretty good. Yesterday I finished the Bottom Of The Well and got the mirror shield, I ended up in Ikana Castle which I'm guessing somehow leads to the final dungeon.

I'm going to finish Ikana castle today and hopefully locate the final dungeon.

I almost finished the Anju & Kafei quest but I had never done it before so the sun mask went into the hole and I got screwed.

So today I'm either going to try the kafei quest again or finish Ikana castle.
------
Right after I finish Majora's mask I have a special run on Ocarina Of Time Planned, I call it the Death Run. I'll be going through the entire game with the absolute minimum requirements on everything, which means no shields allowed (except for mirror shields), 3 hearts, 1 bottle, no faries or potions etc, no enhanced hearts, no extra swords, no extra quivers or bomb bags, etc.

I'm not sure about the tunics, I'll have to look into that a bit the gmae might be possible without them, I don't know though.

I'm pretty sure it's not possible to beat Ocarina of Time without the tunics with just three hearts. The more hearts you have, the more time you get to breathe underwater and survive intense heat.

Wow, I completely forgot to update this thread for a long time.

Since updating I have finished Majora's Mask, I really liked that game, it was a lot of fun and the puzzles were much harder to solve.

The final boss in Majora's Mask was actually pretty difficult, I definitely had a much harder time on that than any of the other bosses.

The 5 mask battle inside the moon was what really made it hard, Majora's Incarnation was rather easy as long as you avoid all the whips and stuff.

I also completed the Ocarina Of Time Death Run, doing the game with the bare minimum requirements, I died in all 16 times, Volvagia was very difficult.

Now that I've done that Iv'e moved on to a new game, Four Swords (GC), it's an alright game, certainly not my favorite, but it's growing on me. I am on the third world right now out of eight.

I'll finish off the Zelda Quest with Twilight Princess.

I can see this thing coming to and end soon.
