I like both games a lot... Of course I'm still playing Twilight Princess, so I can't say for sure which one I like the best.

Honestly, Windwaker did have good things that made it unique, but TP is the better game IMO. The puzzles are well-made, and the graphics were awesome, I never liked the WW graphics. Also, the enemies seemed not very challenging in WW, same for TP. Still, TP's storyline seems better, so is the game play. So, my verdict is that TP is the better game.

I loved Wind Waker way more because it had a major twist on the zelda story with the ocean and the new graphics.

Twilight Princess for me. The Wind Waker was just lacking something, something that TP wasn't.

the graphics it WW just annoyed me, but it was a great game. TP has great graphics, and i like the story line alot. i would have to say i liked TP better, but WW is close behind.

In my eyes, WW wasn't bad, just that it had a few weak links. I didn't like the graphics. That much yeah, and the fact that you spend majority or parts of the game in the water. Gameplay and story was good, not great. And the characers annoyed me (still, some of the chars in TP weren't in my lover's side) still makes up for a decent game to play though.

Twilight Princess for me, I borrowed Wind Waker from my friend and got to the fourth temple and stopped, it was a good game but I liked Twilight Princess more.
