I am not bias because I'm Canadian lol, but no seriously I would love to see them in Chicago, I think that city could do wonders if they hosted it.
I don't think Europe should have one this soon either, I have a feeling that Madrid is going to win it, but hopefully Chicago gets the bid for 2016. Chicago would be awesome, the last time the Olympics were in the US (1996) I was too young to understand anything so if they were in Chicago then I'd probably make a move to get out there.

Brazil despite being poor should have accesible infastructure for the Olympic Games of '16 as they will be hosting the World Cup in '14.

I'd like to see how Tokyo would handle the Olympics right now. Other than that, I have no opinion. If it was in Chicago I'd be more likely to go, but its still a low chance.
