I saw that earlier this morning, it's completely insane. Hopefully no one got hurt in the explosion. But I have to admit the 1:50 part is pretty cool to watch.
"How to hit home runs: I swing as hard as I can, and I try to swing right through the ball...The harder you grip the bat, the more you can swing it through the ball, and the farther the ball will go. I swing big, with everything I've got. I hit big or I miss big. I like to live as big as I can." Babe Ruth
I read the comments in the article and this one particularly stood out for me:

It's a total joke that no Toronto news networks could even post a ticker letting residents know what the series of loud explosions were at 4 am. I woke up turned on CTV news and only Olympic coverage was on. I then called the Toronto police repeatedly and got a busy signal. The could have easily posted an automated message letting residents know what they should do, whether we should evacualte. There were no warnings, no tickers, no messages. Imagine what Toronto protocal would be like in a bigger disaster or emergency!!

I just read that a fireman died and an employee is missing =( I liked seeing the explosion but it sucks when you know someone was right there... So sad. I agree that when things like that happen there should be some sort of organization
