Well we only have a hamster, so he wouldn't so much drink in it as invite his friends over for a pool party but he's not allowed in that room.

Had two dogs before though and although they tried a few times in their life, they were prompty stopped and banned from scooby snacks for a week. If they knew what they were slurping on, I'm sure they'd have thanked us.

Would *I* drink from it? Well, now, that's an entirely different matter..

just so you know, putting those blue things in your tank can cause damage and also voids the warranty on your toilet.

no my dogs don't drink from the terlet because i always put the lid down. mostly to keep the cats from playing in the terlet, but also to keep the dogginseses mouths out of it.

I dream of a world in which chickens can cross the road and no one questions their motives.

Very rarely that my dog will drink out of the toilet. The seat is down almost all the time for that reason, and if we catch him doing it we just remove him away from the toilet and put the seat down.

My dog drank out of the toilet once, and that's it, never ever did it again.

That's what water bowls are for, so the dog can drink out of it.

Neither of my dogs drink out of the toilet and never have.. We don't keep the lids down either...

My dog that was in her 20's when we put her down used to lick the side of the toilet when she got senial, although, really she would lick anything like the couch, a chair, your leg.. but she wasn't big enough to actually reach into the bowl.

Yes, in fact I add a packet of kool-aid to flavor it for him.

I'm kidding. The seat is always down, but I'm sure he would if he could.

That explains why pet stores sell those. I thought they were for food only.

Now that would be funny.

My cat on occasion will get up on the toilet if we leave the seat up, he'll stick his head in and I'll yell at him to get down.

Hamlet the hamster is adorable. If I ever caught him drinking out of the toilet I would be pretty worried.
I'm hoping to get a dog in the future, and I would find it disgusting if it started doing that.

Mom told me never to talk to strangers, and you're pretty strange.
