I wouldn't want to have any creatures that I wouldn't want to come across in the wild as a pet.

Eh, you have to really be into it to actually recognize many of those names. I got my first theraphosidae when I was 5 years old. I've owned lizards, snakes, and others before, as well. I also feed crickets to my animals

I have a centipede hiding in my bedroom. Does that count?
I'm not into creepy crawly creatures myself. Cute and cuddly is more my style.

I love spiders, but I don't know if I could live with them. Damn, your house must look like the spider farm from Eight Legged Freaks.

In the end we're all just chalk lines on the concrete, drawn only to be washed away . .
I'd rather you hate me for everything I am
Than have you love me for something that I'm not

Now I don't have any of those in my zoo. Not big into the bug thing. Give me bats and snakes any day.
My oldest son would like to have a few spiders but I keep on telling him that he isn't ready for a high maintenance pet. He is still at goldfish level and not doing to good of a job at that.

I could never any of the creatures listed, as if it were to escape and someone got bit I'd be in some serious trouble.
Plus centipedes creep me out.

You-pick-them-up?
I cannot stand centipedes, they are so nasty. I was talking to someone on aim last week and I saw movement on my bedroom floor. When I looked, a big ugly gray centipede was merrily dancing across the rug.
By the time I unfroze, it was long gone. I still think the stupid thing is going to come to bed with me one of these nights.
