When I love someone, I easily forgive (until I feel beat). I seem to forget my rules on forgiving....

It depends on the situation.. If you scratch my car or rip the shirt you borrowed.. crash my computer on accident.. something like that then sorry is just fine. If you lie to me.. then sorry will not likely be enough. If you can sit there and lie to my face then I feel that your sorry is probably not sincere. In that case it will take showing me that you are sorry.. but honestly, that really depends on the kind of lie and who the person is. If it is someone I am dating seriously then they would have to show me. If it is just some random person then I won't trust them and probably won't spend that much time around them. I am brutally honest and I expect that from others, so when that trust is broken I feel betrayed.

I would have to say that it depends on the situation (sorry generic answer) I don't tend to hold grudges, life is way too short to waste my time on being angry.

In order for me to forgive, I would need to have complete submission from the person. I hold grudges. I am I maker of life-enemies. A person would have to give themselves up to me in order for me to forgive them. Since my criteria is so high, I normally do not forgive people. It usually does not get to the point where I hold a grudge. It takes a lot to put me over that edge.

Depends on the severity and frequency of the situation, for me. I'm usually forgiving though, if a true apology is said.
