1. Do you make money on Full tilt? What games do you play?
2. Are there any fees for deposits/withdrawals?

1.Full tilt has the easiest cash games of any site that ive ever played. So yes money is easy to make on there.
2. Netteller has a fee but buying in off a credit/debit card do not.

B. Do credit cards treat a deposit as a cash advance (with cash advance fees) or as a purchase?

I no longer play at FTP but when i did i played 1/2 omaha8 pl

and ive never used a credit card only a debit card so i couldnt tell you. But i know that if you were to email their support you would find they can help with that

I'm not a data miner.
I play a weekly home game but want to play an online site... everyone plays Full tilt so just looking for some information on people's experience with different sites. Most of my friends are pikers, not players so I'd like some real firsthand info.

Also, to be honest, I'm trying to get some interesting posts going so I can get entrance to win a WII. ;) Let me know if i'm breaking any forum rules, i'd be happy to keep things in line.

Your credit card will count it as a purchase on fulltilt not a cash advance and they use a non gambling related bank to charge your credit card so that US players can deposit. If you use netteller then I'm not sure if they would count it as a cash advance or not. I would also recommend not playing the cheaper games cause there's a lot of donkeys in those rooms so unless you're playing tight then I would avoid them.

Thanks dmny500. What would you consider the cheaper games? anything under $1/$2? or is .5/$1 resonable play, or even .25/.50? What stakes and what game do you play?

No worries. And you should jump into our poker room later tonight. There will most likely be people playing and you can check it out and try your skills.

You will find donkeys at any level. Just the higher up you go the less donkeys you will find. 1/2 was had a few donkeys but compared to .25/.50 it was a pro game lol.
