Most tournament books only lightly hit on one table fast blind tournaments. If you haven't read a book but are successful SNG player, please tell us some words of advice! Seems there must be more strategy that is more insightful than "play tight early and push when the blinds are high!" <-- alot of my players I know will state this as their strategy, but there must be more!
