I think the government must have a warrant for any calls that go from private property to private property, including cell phone calls. Calls made on government phones or municipal phones could be tapped without a warrant, but otherwise it is necessary.

Mecha, like I said before I was not trying to get involved in the discussion. I typed up a quick reply on what I observed in London, regarding security systems all over the place. That type of thing could possibly happen in America in the near future.
