Jericho the best Heel today?
Personally I think Jericho is doing a wonderful job as a heel. I believe he's the best heel in the business today. I also think it's helping him that he's facing HBK and that he's just making him suffer. I also believe he's cutting some of the best promo's I've seen from a heel in a really long time. Just take the one he did yesterday, it was brilliant.
The HBK/Y2J feud is far from over and I'm happy about that because it's one of the best on Raw right now.
Thoughts?

I was actually thinking about doing a thread just on this very topic. I agree 100% that Jericho is the best heel in the WWE. Not only are his promos impactful, confident, and clean; they also make complete sense. He comes off an **** but yet he's telling the truth and delievers the promo in such a way that its so believable.
The man is on top of his game like never before.

OH MY BOSH!!!

I have to disagree on that one. Even though Y2J is doing a real good job right now I still beleive Edge is the best heel in the business right now. The work he does with his promos is outstanding. You literally hate his guts because he's such a prick. Y2J is probably second on the list with Randy Orton being a close second.

Yeah, you're probably right about Edge. I'm just really happy with Jericho's work lately that I jumped the gun on that one.
Edge is 1, Jericho can be 2.

Y2J needs to grow his hair out more for me to consider him one of the best (right now). It's just he looks like a Backstreet Boy more so than a wrestler. When he had longer hair he was more fierce and believable. I dunno... maybe it's me. =P

I dont think hair style should make a difference in whether he's believable or not. If even said during his promo you'll never get the long hair and jokey Chris Jericho again. He's matured.

I'd tie Edge and Y2J at #1, and put Orton in a close second.
I've loved Jericho's promos about how he was the one that needed saving, and how everything was the fans' fault.

He doesn't need to grow his hair, it's fine the way it is.
I have to agree that it's close between Edge and Y2J on who the best heel is. It's very hard for me to decide between the two. I guess you can give it to Edge because he's been a longer Heel, and Y2J is just starting, but give it a couple of more weeks, and Jericho might surpass him.
But I still think Edge is the best in the wrestling business today, hands down.

Im sorry, but i don't think you can justify that. Do you at all watch japenese wrestling and/or ROH?
Best in WWE? yes. Best in the Buisiness, No.

Nobody watches New Japan or ROH though Atreyu...so its hard to bring those companies into the fray...especially around here.
And when I say nobody I mean around here.
