I don't if it's for myself. But I think I may have a bought a couple of stuff on impulse, for my kids.

Nothing kills impulse buying like a wife unemployed for close to two years.

Before that, ohhhh yeah. Love the new PCs, the new digicams, etc.

Now... wish we hadn't. We wouldn't be in the hole we're in, credit-wise.

I'm usually an impulse buyer, but I've gotten a lot better mainly because I want a car more than the DVDs, games, and other stuff I tend to buy.

I'm a huge impulse buyer. If I have the money and find something that I want, I'll buy it. It gets me in trouble sometimes but I always try to make sure I have the money that I need.

I usually get a sudden impulse of having to have something and then I go to the store I look at it, and that is when I mull over it thinking about how I do not need it and I could keep the money in savings.. and then usually I just buy it because then I will be disappointed that I didn't.

It isn't often that I do this though, because I tend to only be this way with more expensive buys. If it is something cheap like a video game or what not then I know I can afford it so I just buy it if I want it bad enough and know I will use it.

I felt like posting here again because lately, my impulse buying has decreased and I've become more aware of the money I've been spending. It's actually kind of exciting because hopefully this means I can start stashing some money away.

im an impulse buyer! sometimes i hate it, sometimes i love it!

I have a number of clothing items i've bought that are too small or too large so i don''t wear them cos they dont look right, but even tho i knew this at the time it had to do cos i wanted the item!

Other times im glad i do, cos i buy things that might sell out not long after and i think if i thought about it too much i wouldnt have bought it!

Impulse buying is something I try not to do. I usually go to the store for certain items and those items only.

I am trying to teach my second oldest about impulse buying, I keep telling him when we go to the store that he doesn't need to pick something up just to get something. I tell him to think about what he is trying to get with his allowance, does he realy want it or is he just getting something just for the sake of getting something.

I usually buy anything when I see it. Though, if it's a big purchase, I do some research.
