Can someone PLEASE do this request for me? this is what I want..

Can someone please take this picture...like crop it out...and make a wallpaper out of it? just like if you were making a basketball..sports wallpaper or w.e...just like crop me out...then just like put a background..add effects..add a really cool text of saying "Shabir" but dont put Shabir too small and just go crazy with it and do all you can..i'd really like it..if its better than i expected..i'll give 500 points

Okay...this is like the same request as that other one but with different pic..but with this one...can you please make the background the flag of Afghanistan? like its Black-Red-Green the colours...but make the background like very stylish and with effects and etc. just then add "Shabir" somewhere like not that small....I will give for this wallpaper 500 points too if I like it alot..and 400 if i just choose it from everyboody elses..

You know though the ammount your giving is reallly low though because there wallpapers plus you have more money on this site then anyone. I am not asking for more money but you said you will give 1000 to the one you choose that will make people not want to waste there time making something that they may not even get paid for :)
