XBox Live Help

I just got XBox 360 for my birthday, DH hooked everything up, and we can get online with the stuff like listening to music and viewing pics, etc... but when we go to hit JOIN XBox Live it does the TESTING Network Config.

It passes all the tests and them tests the XBox live part and fails...

Are we doing something wrong? Anyone have any idea?

Thanks

Your router might not be compatible with Live.

:( I was hoping it wasnt something like that. Is there a way to check and see if it is? If it's not, do you need to buy something to make it compatable?

There's a list of compatible routers. Google it.

Write down your router model number and see if it is listed on this list.

Compatible Home Networking Equipment

If your not using a router then it's something else, if your router is not compatible then you will have to buy a new one or hook it directly through your modem.
